Application of Pauli spin blockade; detecting unknown spins and entanglement generation

Pauli spin blockade effect is known as powerful tool that enable electrical addressing of single spin and nuclear spins in quantum dots. I will present our recent works where Pauli spin blockade effect is applied to detecting impunity spin/nuclear spins in quantum dot [1]. I also discuss a novel Pauli spin blockade where the transport is blocked for spin singlet electrons, that is contrast to the conventional Pauli spin blockade with spin triplet electrons [2]. Pauli spin blockade-like behavior and ESR of single unknown defect of small Silicon MOSFET will also be presented [3].
