Universal Conductance Fluctuation in quasi-1D wires of Epitaxial Bi2Se3

In this presentation, we report the universal conductance fluctuation (UCF) in quasi-1D wires fabricated from epitaxial Bi2Se3 thin film. We measured the UCF in wires with different wire lengths and inversitgated the scaling relationship between the size of the UCF and characteristic lengths such as the coherence length, thermal diffusion length and wire length. The UCF decreases as the wire length becomes longer and the dependence of the size on the lengths is well described by a conventional UCF theory. This work is the first one to report the size of the UCF in Bi$_{2}$Se$_{3}$ with phase coherence maintained as long as we know.
