Excited-state phase transitions in Dicke superradiance models

Tools from nonlinear transport spectroscopy such as noise spectra, waiting times or counting statistics have been shown to give deep insight into quantum critical behaviour, examples being the quantum Ising chain [1] or the Dicke-Hepp-Lieb superradiance phase transition [2,3]. In this talk, I present recent results on quantum phase transitions in excited states of Dicke type models and comment on their possible generalizations to non-equilibrium.
